Pay by Credit Card online:
We accept credit card payments through our secure shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Pay by Check:
If you would like to pay by check, please e-mail Customer Service. Please provide us your order details, such as size, quantity, color, and your contact information. You will get a confirmation from us regarding your order. After you receive such confirmation, please send payment to:

SALES TAX, COUPON CODES

Any orders shipped to a California address will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Please note that only one coupon code may be used per transaction.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping. All orders are a flat rate shipping of $9.95. Orders over $200.00 are eligible for Free Shipping with the use of Coupon Code FREESHIP200. The free shipping code may not be combined with other coupon codes.

Other things to keep in mind:
Please note that any orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska cost an additional $12. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our first priority. We inspect every item before shipping to you to ensure quality. We will be happy to exchange or refund your credit card for any purchase that you are not absolutely satisfied with within 14 days from the day you recieve the item.

If you are not satisfied with any clothing items that you purchased from us at full price, we will pay for return shipping on those items using USPS only. We must receive your return request or exchange request within 14 days from the day you recieve the clothing item. We will not pay for return shipping on any non-clothing items, such as jewelry and bags. We will also not pay for return shipping on lingerie items and sale items.

There are no returns or exchanges for lingerie items.

There are no returns or cancellations on pre-ordered items. Pre-ordered items may be exchanged for other items.

There are no returns or exchanges on accessories (candles, lotion, bath gel, scent diffusers).

There are no returns or exchanges on handbags.

To Request a Refund or Exchange:
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please e-mail Customer Service and include your full name, item description, order number and reason for return. You must request a Return Authorization Code before shipping merchandise back to us. You must ship the merchandise back to us within 3 days of making your return request. Any item that you are seeking an exchange or refund for must be returned to us in unworn, perfect condition, with all the original tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

Please include your contact information. We recommend that you insure your return package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. Once we receive the merchandise back, we will send you a check or refund your credit card for the purchase price. Original shipping charges and/or reshipping charges incurred by you will not be included in the amount of refund or exchange.

PRE-ORDERS

If you are interested in pre-ordering merchandise, please e-mail Customer Service and include item description, quantity, and your contact information. No returns or cancellations are permitted on pre-ordered merchandise.
